Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Pick Up: After enjoying a hearty breakfast, your private guide will pick you up from your
hotel or the Arusha Airport. Drive to Tarangire: Depart for Tarangire National Park,
approximately a 2-hour drive from Arusha. Game Viewing: Upon arrival, dive into an
exhilarating game drive. Tarangire is famous for its sizeable elephant herds and iconic
baobab trees, some of which are hundreds of years old. In the dry season, you can witness
groups of up to 250 elephants congregating around the water sources.
Wildlife Highlights: Keep an eye out for various species including lions, giraffes, zebras, and
wildebeests, particularly around the Tarangire River and Lake Barunge, where animals come
to drink. Enjoy a packed lunch in the park, surrounded by the natural beauty of Tarangire.
Continuation of Game Drive: After lunch, continue your exploration of the park. Your guide
will provide insights into the unique behaviour and characteristics of the wildlife you
encounter. Dinner & Overnight: Return to the Lodge for a delicious dinner and restful overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation. A hearty breakfast will prepare you for an exciting day
ahead. Drive to Ngorongoro Crater: Depart early for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area,
approximately a 3-hour drive. Descend into the Crater. Prepare for breathtaking views as
you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the Seven African Wonders. The crater is a
UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts the highest concentration of wildlife in Africa.
Game Drive in the Crater Witness the remarkable wildlife inhabitants, including families of
lions, herds of buffalo, zebras, and the elusive black rhino. The diverse landscapes offer
excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife observation.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, surrounded by the sounds of wildlife.
Afternoon. Further Exploration: Continue your safari within the crater, taking in the awe-
inspiring scenery and enriching your knowledge with insights from your guide.

Evening:
Return to Arusha: After an unforgettable day of wildlife viewing, begin your journey back to
Arusha. You will be dropped off at the Arusha Airport or your hotel, concluding your
amazing safari experience.
